Lou Chandler Inc. (LCI) is an area leader in commercial sitework.  Located in Bossier City, Louisiana, we are licensed to work in Louisiana and Arkansas. Some of our services include the initial clearing of property, demolition and removal of existing concrete/asphalt pavements, installation of storm drainage, rip rap, silt fence, construction entrance(s), site cut and fill, geotextile fabrics, aggregate base course, furnishing capillary and sand fills under buildings and sidewalks to the final grading of the site at project completion and more.

Lou Chandler Inc. draws from family experience of over 60 years in the construction industry and was founded in 1986. We were founded by Lou Chandler, Jr., President and Operations Manager, who represents the primary expertise in this line of work.

Our experience includes completing the entire dirt work package up to the bottom of the building slab, site work for small office buildings, working with General Contractors on design build projects, projects with tight time schedules and/or small working areas as well as complex projects spread out over large areas.

We are able to take your plans and specifications electronically by email or disc, print them and with our computer software and give you the best estimate possible.
